breakfast buffet helpful staff quiet room faulty system hot night stairs issue

the breakfast buffet included plentiful choices. the staff was very helpful with directions. my classic double or twin room was quiet and large. i found pastry shops and cichetti bars nearby.

The central air conditioning system was not working well. i had to ask for a fan one evening because it was hot. i was not informed about the stairs beforehand. This was an issue.

Acceptable stay with minor issues

small room no elevator

The room size proved smaller than expected. Moving about with luggage became difficult. I also find the absence of an elevator inconvenient. Ascending several flights of stairs with bags was not ideal for my visit. More attention needs be given to room dimensions and accessibility.

i found the building beautiful with friendly staff. my room had a canal view. a delicious complementary breakfast was included, it was gorgeous. the location is near the accademia bridge, providing easy access everywhere.

the room i stayed in was located on the upper floor, requiring navigating several flights of stairs as there was no elevator.
